The Ten Oaks Timberlands Tract is managed for wildlife, agriculture and forestry with a diversity of habitats, including planted pine areas, hardwood cove forests, and wildlife cropland fields. This tract is attractive to a variety of game and nongame species. This tract does offer public viewing opportunities by virtue of having road frontage along SC Highway 215, Dave Jenkins Road, and SC State Secondary Road. This protected frontage adds significantly to the scenic values enjoyed by the public enjoying recreational activities along the road.
